Project Execution

We started with a detailed specification provided by the fit-out company. Leveraging our prior experience with this client, we procured and installed the necessary IT equipment. Our team worked from site drawings, adjusting placements as needed and obtaining client approval before proceeding.

Cabling and Setup

Data cables were run to all specified points, and the intruder alarm system was strategically placed based on site requirements. For the access control system, we collaborated with the client’s US team to source and integrate the necessary components, ensuring compatibility with the UK setup.

Installation and Configuration

During the second fixing stage, we terminated data ends and installed the intruder alarm kit. We ensured that the access control doors functioned correctly and set up cameras to provide optimal coverage while respecting privacy requirements.

The reception TV and leap boards in classrooms were installed at client-specified heights. Once the internet was live, we coordinated with the US team to configure the onsite equipment. Finally, the alarm system was tested to ensure all areas were properly covered.

Client Handover

Upon completion, we confirmed that all systems were functioning as intended. The client was satisfied with the seamless integration and setup of the security, AV, and IT systems.
