Skuld

For this project, we were brought in to deliver a brand-new AV and data cabling solution for Skuld’s London office, located in the iconic Gherkin building. With a completely fresh fit-out, all equipment and infrastructure were designed and installed to suit the client’s exact requirements. We worked closely with Interactive Space and Intility to ensure a smooth delivery from start to finish.

The project included the installation of Samsung commercial displays, Crestron Teams room kits, Logitech Rally systems, and a standout boardroom featuring a Samsung 98” display, dual speakers, and multiple microphones for clear, professional-grade video conferencing.

First Fix

The first phase focused on structured cabling. Our engineers ran new Cat 6 cabling throughout the floor while the space was still under construction, ensuring all routes were planned efficiently and with future-proofing in mind. Wireless access points were also cabled and positioned to guarantee full coverage across the office.

Given the high-security environment at The Gherkin, access was limited and tightly controlled. We worked around strict delivery windows and coordinated closely with building management to avoid disruption and maintain project momentum.

Second Fix

With the cabling complete and the space ready, we moved on to equipment installation. This included fitting AV systems across several meeting rooms and common areas, with each space designed for intuitive use and consistent performance.

Boardroom Installation
The boardroom was a focal point of the install, equipped with a Samsung 98” display, Logitech Rally video conferencing system, dual speakers, and multiple ceiling mics. This setup was designed to provide crystal-clear communication, whether for internal meetings or global video calls.

Client Satisfaction

The project was delivered ahead of schedule, despite the logistical challenges of working in a high-security, landmark building. Skuld’s new office is now fully equipped with reliable, high-performance AV and data infrastructure, ready to support their day-to-day operations and long-term goals.
