Project Execution

We started with a brief from the fit-out company detailing the required data points and their locations. This allowed us to accurately quote the job and ensure sufficient data connectivity behind screens and under desks for all necessary equipment.

AV Systems

Working directly with the client, we gathered detailed specifications for each room to understand their AV needs. This included, for example, installing a larger screen in the breakout area for company-wide presentations. By tailoring our solutions to these needs, we provided a customised AV setup for optimal functionality.

Data Cabling

Based on the provided brief, we installed data points throughout the office, ensuring all necessary equipment had adequate connectivity. This involved careful planning to ensure data points were correctly positioned behind screens and under desks.

Access Control

The client required an access control system compatible with the building’s existing setup, allowing employees to use a single card for both building and office access. We sent a sample card to Paxton for compatibility testing, which confirmed that it worked with their readers. Our engineers then installed the Paxton access control system and configured the client’s cards for seamless entry.

Client Handover and Training

After installation, we provided comprehensive training to ensure the client could fully utilise their new AV, data, and access control systems. This training was designed to maximise the effectiveness of the installed equipment.
