Case Study: Comprehensive AV Fit-Out and Relocation for a New Office
Project Overview
We recently completed a full office fit-out and AV equipment relocation for a prominent client. This project involved equipping a brand-new office with state-of-the-art AV solutions and ensuring the seamless transfer of existing equipment from the old premises.

Project Execution
The client wanted to reuse several pieces of their existing equipment in the new office. We provided a detailed quotation that included reusing their existing equipment and supplying additional kit to meet their requirements for each room.
First Fix
Our AV engineers commenced with the first fix while the walls were open and floors were accessible. This stage ensured that all necessary cabling was in place, ready for the second fix.
Decommissioning and Relocation
We carefully decommissioned the AV equipment from the old office, ensuring everything was safely wrapped and packaged for transit. The equipment was then relocated to the new office.
Installation
Upon arrival at the new office, our team began installing the AV equipment in each designated room. We paid meticulous attention to detail, ensuring neat and tidy installations. Our AV team collaborated closely with our IT and Electrical teams to complete the setup on schedule.
Client Handover and Training
On the handover date, we ensured the client was completely satisfied with the setup. We provided comprehensive training on the new equipment, ensuring the client knew how to use it to its full potential.
IT Support for Desk Installations
In addition to the AV setup, our IT technicians assisted with the installation of desks. This included setting up monitors, keyboards, mice, and docking stations. For the new desks, we also installed monitor arms and other necessary equipment.

Our team then meticulously planned the optimal locations for the spotlights, electrical sockets, light switches, and data points, considering both functionality and aesthetics.
