For this project, our team was tasked with reusing as much existing equipment as possible from the client’s old office. The client requested a thorough assessment of the current office equipment to determine what could be reused in their new office and what required replacement. Based on our assessment, we provided a quote for each room, incorporating the reusable equipment and recommending any additional components needed to complete each area. The project included the integration of Logitech Room Systems, Sony Bravia displays, Lumens Cameras, JBL speakers, and Q-SYS control systems.

 

First Fix

The first phase involved running new cabling where necessary while the walls and floors were still accessible. Our engineers strategically planned the cable routes to ensure a seamless installation process. This phase was crucial to ensure that all future installations would be smooth and efficient.

 

Second Fix

The second fix was divided into two key parts:

 

Part 1: Installation of New Equipment

We began by delivering and installing the new equipment at the client’s new office. This included the careful manoeuvring of a Sony Bravia 98” display up the stairs to the fifth floor—a challenging task that required precision and teamwork. Our engineers then installed the new kit, ensuring everything was correctly positioned and fully operational.

 

Part 2: Decommissioning and Reinstallation of Existing Equipment

Following the installation of the new equipment, we moved on to decommissioning the existing equipment from the old office. Our team carefully wrapped and boxed each piece of equipment to protect it during transport. Once moved to the new office, the equipment was installed in the designated areas, seamlessly integrating with the new systems.

The project was completed to the client’s satisfaction, with their office outfitted with a blend of their trusted existing equipment and the latest technology. The careful planning, precise execution, and attention to detail ensured that the client’s new office met their needs and expectations perfectly.
